Unitherm Compressed Air Heater
The Unitherm Heater is designed to warm compressed air and help prevent power loss or seizing of pneumatic tools in cold weather conditions below 41°F. It connects between the lubricator and the machine, delivering heated air directly into the air system for more reliable tool performance in low temperatures.
The heater can be adjusted to warm compressed air up to 250°F, making it a practical cold-weather accessory for underground piercing, pneumatic boring, and trenchless utility installation work.
In addition to supporting pneumatic tool operation, the Unitherm Heater can also be used to warm polyethylene pipes in cold weather, helping make them more flexible and easier to handle on the jobsite.
The Unitherm works with all pneumatic tools and is a dependable solution for contractors working in colder climates or winter jobsite conditions.
