Return Policy
All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured.
If you placed an order and need to cancel the order prior to shipment of the order, we will cancel and refund your order to the original payment method within 24 hours of the request being received minus 3.5% credit card fees or other banking charges.
New Equipment Returns
We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will apply.
Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within 14 days of the shipment receipt date. After 14 days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge.
Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return within 14 days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton.
Special order items are non-returnable.
International orders are not returnable.
Used Equipment Returns
Non-Defective used equipment is not returnable.
Batteries:
Batteries are not returnable.
Credit card and shipping fees:
3.5% credit fees and shipping charges are not-refundable.
