Sell DigiTrak FCD Display for Cash

UCG buys DigiTrak Falcon Compact Displays (FCD) used with compatible Falcon and SE locating systems. The FCD is a remote display installed at the drill rig. It receives data from the locator and shows transmitter pitch, roll, temperature, battery status, depth, predicted depth, telemetry quality, and Remote Steering information. The FCD does not locate a transmitter by itself.

Check the model name before submitting your display. The FCD has a compact screen, one push button, an external antenna, and a magnetic mounting base. If your unit has arrow buttons or a touchscreen, it may be an FSD, MFD, or Aurora display instead.

We buy the FCD by itself or with available accessories, including:

  • external telemetry antenna;
  • F Series lithium-ion or SE NiMH battery pack;
  • compatible battery charger;
  • long-whip or filtered antenna;
  • carrying case.

For an initial evaluation, send us:

  • photos of the front, back, and sides of the display;
  • a photo of the FCD while it is turned on;
  • a photo of the System Information screen;
  • the serial number, software version, region, and telemetry settings;
  • close-up photos of the screen, push button, antenna connector, battery compartment, magnetic base, and adjustment knobs;
  • photos of the antenna, battery, charger, and carrying case;
  • a description of missing accessories and known faults.

If possible, check whether the FCD powers on, produces startup tones, responds to short and long button presses, opens the main menu, and adjusts the screen contrast. If you have a compatible receiver, confirm that the FCD receives telemetry and displays live pitch, roll, temperature, depth, and signal updates. If you cannot test it with a receiver, mark the telemetry function as untested.

Report cracked screens, missing pixels, moisture damage, a faulty push button, damaged antenna connectors, corroded battery contacts, a broken battery latch, loose adjustment knobs, a damaged magnetic base, unexpected restarts, or intermittent telemetry.

The offer depends on the software version, region and telemetry configuration, screen and button condition, battery compartment, antenna connector, and included accessories. You can sell an FCD without a receiver, antenna, battery, charger, or case, but list all missing parts before shipment.

You do not need to repair the display before contacting us. Describe its current condition and send clear photos so we can review the FCD before arranging shipment.
