Sell Your Used Fiber Optic Tester

For an initial evaluation, send us:

  • the manufacturer, exact model, and serial number;
  • photos of the front, back, sides, optical ports, and model label;
  • a photo of the tester while it is powered on;
  • a photo of the system information screen;
  • the installed software version and calibration date, if available;
  • a list of installed modules and supported wavelengths;
  • photos of included launch cables, test cords, adapters, probes, batteries, chargers, and carrying cases;
  • a description of missing accessories and known faults.

If possible, check whether the tester:

  • powers on without an error message;
  • responds to its buttons or touchscreen;
  • charges and operates from its battery;
  • recognizes installed modules;
  • completes its built-in self-test;
  • detects a connected fiber;
  • displays and saves a test result or OTDR trace.

Do not open the housing or clean damaged optical ports before contacting us. If you cannot test the equipment with a known fiber link, describe its testing functions as untested.

Report cracked screens, damaged optical ports, worn connectors, missing port covers, calibration warnings, failed self-tests, battery faults, unexpected restarts, missing modules, or unstable test results.

Our offer depends on the manufacturer, model, installed modules, supported wavelengths, calibration status, working condition, battery condition, and included accessories. You can submit an incomplete or untested unit, but list every missing component and known fault.

If you accept the offer, we will issue payment to you quickly and easily. If you decide not to accept our offer, we will gladly return it to you at no cost.
